I can offer support for many types of mental health challenges, and I have additional training in chronic illness, medical trauma, perinatal mental health and EMDR.

Chronic illness and disability is my primary specialty and my true passion in counseling, following two decades of lived experience with TBI and ME/CFS, as well as disability-focused graduate studies.

Life didn't unfold quite the way I expected. Injury and illness stole a lot of years and a lot of opportunities, and those losses redirected me into mental health counseling.
I am an PCLC (Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor Candidate) in the state of Montana, which means I have completed a masters degree, national exam, and internship in clinical mental health counseling. I work under the supervision of Liz Smith, LCPC, LAC of Journey to Healing Psychotherapy.
